I stopped going to hairdressers as each and every time it was not toned properly either too much or my hair would be yellow so now I DIY. 20 vol developer with cureplex bleach powder and t18 toner with 20 vol ACTUALLY WORKS! My hair doesn't take to purple shampoos etc this toner is incredible. Make sure after bleaching your hair u dry it almost completely before adding the toner and leave it on until your head looks purple (keep checking every 4 mins or so) perfect results. If u have short or thin hair u can even just use half the toner bottle to save $
