Hello, I do not normally leave reviews for products however Sarah's advice and assistance (and love the handwritten notes) deserves a shout out. Thank you so much Sarah for all of your assistance. A bit of background with my hair I have been using dark supermarket box dyes on it for many years and was wanting a change, over a space of 6 months my sister tried to help with home bleaching, it lightened my hair however not to the shade I was hoping for and as you can imagine had a lot of different colours of yellow and orange came through. My sister found the Tint Department and then I ordered Lightner and T18 and tried it, it definitely took away a lot of the yellow/gold but not all and it was at this point I reached out to Sarah for some advice. My aim was to get to a creamy blonde, Sarah suggested if I felt comfortable to lighten again to a pale yellow and then tone with a mix of T11 and T18. I gave this a try and bingo it worked. My hair is now a very pretty creamy blonde. The colour is gorgeous!!! And I'm amazed at how healthy my hair feels, products are really good. I think for my next one that I will try perhaps a honey blonde as I think that may work better with my skin tone. My natural dark blonde throws out copper so much I am surprised one of the giant mining companies hasn't bought my head yet. So when I tried to do my own highlights, they came out great other than that I got a combination of very white bits that went blue with the blue toner that came with the kit, with my orange lowlights and roots screaming loud and proud. Needless to say, I needed help as this blue and orange was not a classy look. I ordered this and it did everything I needed, plus people commented on my hair being gorgeous and asked who did it afterwards. It toned down the orange, plus the overly light platinum so it got them both to where they needed to be. Will definitely be buying this regularly, it is definitely my toner. Highly recommend this one and the service was fantastic with a nice handwritten note, so another reason to buy from here too.
