This toner is simple to use! First, pop on some gloves. Then, mix your toner with 10 Vol Developer. I find that using a bowl and brush is the easiest way to mix and apply this toner. Apply your toning mixture to damp, towel dried hair. Leave on for 10-20 minutes and wash out. You'll be left with an enviable, salon-quality finish.
